For a Tour please call the Welcome Center and make a reservation with Raymond Rodriguez. Tours take place twice daily Thursday - Saturday at 11am and 2pm. A special Sunday tour at 2:30pm is also available, oftentimes featuring a live Carillon performance.

After receiving the gift of a nutcracker doll from her Uncle Drosselmeyer, the magic begins: dolls come to life, battles ensue, and Clara travels through the Land of the Snowflakes to meet the Sugarplum Fairy and her guests in the Land of the Sweets. Featuring local young dancers alongside a cast of seasoned professionals, this ballet is sure to get you in the holiday spirit!

This longstanding tradition at The Riverside Church has become an essential part of Christmas in New York City. This service of music and light combines carillon, organ, harp, and all of the choirs of The Riverside Church, culminating in a ritual sharing of candlelight illuminating the Nave. Musical prelude begins at 3:00 PM.
After the Candlelight Festival, join us for a festive buffet dinner with beer and wine in Assembly Hall, where proceeds from the evening will support Riverside’s social services.

KEKENE XVIII: The Gathering Returns
Kotchegna Dance Company returns to The Riverside Theater for KEKENE XVIII: The Gathering Returns for its annual showcase featuring a repertoire of dances from Ivory Coast, West Africa. Led by founder and artistic director, Vado Diomande, Kotchegna will present an evening of the driving and intricate rhythms, fleet footwork and soaring songs that characterize Ivorian performance traditions.
Celebrated for their African Mask performances, Kekene XVIII will also feature traditional masked performers who remind audiences of the connectedness between the spiritual world and the human plane.
